# The Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006, Paragraph 45


(1) The South Crofty Mine (Locomotive) Special Regulations 1965 are amended in accordance with this paragraph.
(2) In regulation 11(2) omit the words “has attained the age of twenty-one years and”.
