# The Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006, Paragraph 48


(1) The Thoresby Mine (Cable Reel Load-Haul-Dump Vehicles) Special Regulations 1978 are amended in accordance with this paragraph.
(2) In regulation 17 after the words “Regulations 17” insert “as amended by the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006”.
