# The Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006, Paragraph 7: The Pilotage Act 1987


(1) The Pilotage Act 1987 is amended in accordance with this paragraph.
(2) In section 3(2) (authorisation of pilots) omit the word “age,”.
