# The Employment (Northern Ireland) Order 2003, Article 25: Removal of exemption for small employers


In Article 35 of the Employment Rights Order (note about disciplinary rules and procedures), paragraphs (3) and (4) (exemptions for undertakings with less than 20 employees) shall cease to have effect.
