  "text": "In Article 69 of the Industrial Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 (NI 5) (Certification Officer) for paragraph (8) substitute—\n“(8) The Certification Officer—\n(a) may appoint one or more assistant certification officers; and\n(b) may delegate to an assistant certification officer such functions as he thinks appropriate;\nand references to the Certification Officer in any statutory provision relating to his functions shall be construed accordingly.”.",
