  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Industrial Tribunals (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 and the Fair Employment and Treatment (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 to reform the procedure of industrial tribunals and the Fair Employment Tribunal.\nThe Order also makes provision for the use of statutory procedures in relation to employment disputes, amends the law relating to particulars of employment, makes provision for questionnaires in relation to equal pay and makes provision in connection with trade union learning representatives.",
