  "text": "Where a worker relied on regulation 13(10) and (11) of the 1998 Regulations to carry forward leave, that leave—\n(a) must be taken on or before 31st March 2024, and\n(b) may not be replaced by a payment in lieu except where the worker’s employment is terminated on or before that date, in which case the employer must make the worker a payment in lieu of leave equal to the sum due under regulation 16 of the 1998 Regulations for the period of untaken leave.",
