# The Employment Tribunals Act 1996 (Tribunal Composition) Order 2012, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Employment Tribunals Act 1996 (Tribunal Composition) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 6th April 2012.
