Regulation 10 Amendment of the Public Records Act 1958

In Part 2 of the table in paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958 (other establishments and organisations)f1 at the appropriate place insert—

“The Independent System Operator and Planner designated in accordance with section 162 of the Energy Act 2023.”.
