# The Energy Act 2023 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2024, Regulation 11: Amendment of the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975


In Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (other disqualifying offices) at the appropriate place insert—
“Director of a company which is designated as the Independent System Operator and Planner in accordance with section 162 of the Energy Act 2023.”.
