Regulation 13 Amendment of the Land Drainage Act 1991

For paragraph 1(1)(f) of Schedule 6 to the Land Drainage Act 1991 (protection for particular undertakings)f1 substitute—

“(f)

the undertaking of any person who holds a licence under Part 1 of the Electricity Act 1989;”.
