# The Energy Act 2023 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2024, Regulation 16: Amendment of the Enterprise Act 2002


In section 168 of the Enterprise Act 2002 (regulated markets) is amended as follows—
(a) in subsection (3)(c), for “or 7AB” substitute “, 7AA, 7AB or 7AC”;
(b) in subsection (4)(c), for “or 7AB” substitute “, 7AA, 7AB or 7AC”;
(c) in subsection (6), for “or 7AB” substitute “, 7AA, 7AB or 7AC”.
