Regulation 32 Amendment of the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public Authorities) Regulations 2017

In Schedule 2 to the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public Authorities) Regulations 2017f1, after the entry for “The Financial Conduct Authority”, insert—

“The Independent System Operator and Planner designated in accordance with section 162 of the Energy Act 2023.”.
