# The Energy Act 2023 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2024, Regulation 37: Amendment of the Energy Bills Discount Scheme (Non-Standard Cases) Regulations 2023


In regulation 2 of the Energy Bills Discount Scheme (Non-Standard Cases) Regulations 2023 (interpretation), in the definition of “Trading Party”—
(a) after “Great Britain”, insert “, as it is amended from time to time,”;
(b) for “section 6(1)(b)” to the end substitute “section 6(1)(da) of the Electricity Act 1989”.
