# The Energy Act 2023 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2024, Regulation 4: Amendment of the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996


In Article 11 of the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (standard conditions of licences), in paragraph (2), after “Article 60(5) of the Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003” insert “and to section 89 of the Energy Act 2023”.
