# The Energy Act 2023 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2024, Regulation 40: Amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/631


In Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2616/631 of 14 April 2016 establishing a network code on requirements for grid connection of generators (definitions), in the first unnumbered paragraph, omit “(other than the definition of ‘transmission system operator’ or ‘TSO’)”.
