# The Energy Act 2023 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2024, Regulation 41: Amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1388


In Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1388 of 17 August 2016 establishing a Network Code on Demand Connection (definitions), in the first unnumbered paragraph, omit “(other than the definition of ‘transmission system operator’ or ‘TSO’)”.
