# The Energy Act 2023 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2024, Regulation 42: Amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1447


In Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1447 of 26 August 2016 establishing a network code on requirements for grid connection of high voltage direct current systems and direct current-connected power modules (definitions), in the first unnumbered paragraph, omit “(other than the definition of ‘transmission system operator’ or ‘TSO’)”.
