Regulation 7 Amendment of Energy Act 2008

In section 88 of the Energy Act 2008 (power to amend licence conditions etc: smart meters) ^f1—

(a)

in subsection (1)(a)^f2, for “or (d)” to the end of paragraph (a) substitute “, (d) or (da) of the Electricity Act 1989 (c. 29) (transmission, distribution, supply and electricity system operator licence)”;

(b)

in subsection (1)(e)^f3, after “7A” insert “, 7AA”;

(c)

in subsection (6)(b)^f4, after “7A” insert “, 7AA”;

(d)

in subsection (6)(c)^f5, after “section 6(1)(b), (c), (d)” insert “, (da)”.
