  "text": "(1) The Council shall obtain and keep under review—\n(a) information about consumer matters; and\n(b) information about the views of consumers on such matters.\n(2) Where the Authority is required by any provision of this Order, the Electricity Order or the Gas Order to publish a notice or any other document, the Authority shall send a copy of the document to the Council.",
