  "text": "Any objection made under regulation 4, 5, 6, 7(3) or 8(3) must be—\n(a) in writing;\n(b) sent—\n(i) by post to the address given in the notice; or\n(ii) by electronic means to an electronic address specified in the notice as an address to which objections may be sent; and\n(c) accompanied by information about the registered distance of all qualifying local services which the operator operates in the relevant area.",
