# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Anticipated Mergers) Order 2003, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Anticipated Mergers) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 20th June 2003.
