  "text": "In this Order—\n“the Act” means the Enterprise Act 2002;\n“reference” means a reference under Part 3 of the Act which relates to arrangements which are in progress or in contemplation; and\n“notice” means a notice under section 42(2), 59(2) or 67(2) of the Act which relates to such arrangements.",
