# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Anticipated Mergers) Order 2003, Article 2: Citation, commencement and interpretation


In this Order—
“the Act” means the Enterprise Act 2002;
“reference” means a reference under Part 3 of the Act which relates to arrangements which are in progress or in contemplation; and
“notice” means a notice under section 42(2), 59(2) or 67(2) of the Act which relates to such arrangements.
