Article 4 Supplementary provision in relation to anticipated mergers

In the case of any reference where the Competition Commission exercises its discretion under section 27(5) or 29(1) of the Act (as substituted by this Order) section 36(2)(a) and (b) of the Act shall have effect as if the words “or has resulted” were inserted after “result”.
