  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 124(6) of the Enterprise Act 2002, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nCOMPETITION\nMade 2003\nComing into force 20th June 2003\nWhereas the Secretary of State laid a draft of this Order before Parliament;\nAnd whereas the said draft as so laid has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament;\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 34 and 124(2) and 124(3) of the Enterprise Act 2002 hereby makes the following Order:",
