# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Disqualification from Office: General) Order 2006, Paragraph 10: Air Passenger Duty Regulations 1994


In regulation 7(2)(d) (ceasing to act as a fiscal representative) of the Air Passenger Duty Regulations 1994, after the word “elsewhere” there is inserted “or is the subject of a bankruptcy restrictions order or an interim order”.
