  "heading": "National Health Service Litigation Authority Regulations 1995",
  "text": "(1) The National Health Service Litigation Authority Regulations 1995 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 7(1) (disqualification for appointment)—\n(a) for the words “Subject to regulation 8 (cessation of disqualification), a person shall be” there is substituted “A person shall be”; and\n(b) for sub-paragraph (b) (disqualification for appointment) there is substituted—\n“(b) he is the subject of a bankruptcy restrictions order or an interim order;”.\n(3) Regulation 8 (cessation of disqualification) shall be omitted.",
