  "text": "(1) The National Health Service Appointments Commission Regulations 2001 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) For regulation 3(1)(b) (disqualification for appointment) there is substituted—\n“(b) he is the subject of a bankruptcy restrictions order or an interim order;”.\n(3) Paragraphs (1) and (2) of regulation 4 (cessation of disqualification) shall be omitted.",
