# The Enterprise Act 2002 (Disqualification from Office: General) Order 2006, Paragraph 6: Greater London Authority Act 1999


In section 21 (disqualification from being the Mayor or an Assembly Member) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999—
(a) for subsection (1)(c) there is substituted—
“(c) he is the subject of a bankruptcy restrictions order or an interim order;”; and
(b) subsections (3) and (4) shall be omitted.
