  "text": "This draft Order replaces the version which was laid before Parliament on 29th April 2003 and is issued free of charge to all known recipients.Draft Order laid before Parliament under sections 124(6), 181(5) and 234(8) of the Enterprise Act 2002 for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament\nCOMPETITION\nCONSUMER PROTECTION\nMade 2003\nComing into force 20th June 2003\nWhereas the Secretary of State laid the draft of this Order before Parliament;\nAnd whereas that draft has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament;\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 124(2), 128(6) (and that section as applied by section 183(2)), 181(2) and 234(6) of the Enterprise Act 2002, hereby makes the following Order.",
