# The Environment (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment etc.) (No. 2) Regulations 2019, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Environment (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment etc.) (No. 2) Regulations 2019 and come into force on the later of the following—
(a) the day after the day on which they are made,
(b) exit day.
