Regulation 26 Meaning of appropriate agency

In this Part, except where otherwise specified, the “appropriate agency” means—

(a)

for regulations applying in relation to England, the Environment Agency;

(b)

for regulations applying in relation to Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales;

(c)

for regulations applying in relation to Scotland, the Scottish Environment Protection Agency;

(d)

for regulations applying in relation to Northern Ireland, the Northern Ireland Environment Agency.
