# The Environment (Legislative Functions from Directives) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 46: Requirement to consult


Before making regulations under this Part, apart from under Chapter 6, the appropriate authority must consult—
(a) the appropriate agency;
(b) such other persons as the authority considers appropriate.
