In regulation 17 (form and content of a registration)—

(a)

in paragraph (1)(c), for “the” where it first appears, substitute “any”,

(b)

in paragraph (2), for “the”, substitute “any”,

(c)

in paragraph (5)—

(i)

omit “either or both”,

(ii)

after sub-paragraph (b), at the end, insert—

“,

(c)

any standard conditions, in circumstances where no standard conditions were specified at the time the registration was granted”.
