# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025, Regulation 14: Amendment of regulation 24 (review of permits)


In regulation 24 (review of permits)—
(a) re-number the existing provision as paragraph (1),
(b) after paragraph (1) as re-numbered, insert—
“(2) Where SEPA carries out a review under paragraph (1), any fee payable under a charging scheme for that review is payable by the authorised person.”.
