# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations—
“the 2013 Regulations” means the Water Environment (River Basin Management Planning: Further Provision) (Scotland) Regulations 2013,
“the 2018 Regulations” means, except in schedule 23, the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018.
