# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025, Regulation 31: Amendment of regulation 63 (accelerated applications)


In regulation 63 (accelerated applications)—
(a) in paragraph (1)(b), after “initiated by SEPA”, insert “in relation to a permit”,
(b) in paragraph (6), in the opening words, delete “in so far as it is practicable to do so”.
