# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025, Regulation 33: Amendment of regulation 67 (SEPA’s public participation statement)


In regulation 67(2) (SEPA’s public participation statement)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a), at the end, omit “and”,
(b) after sub-paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa) paragraph 1A of schedule 1 (pre-application community engagement), and”.
