Regulation 36 Amendment of schedule 2 (off-site conditions)

In schedule 2 (off-site conditions)—

(a)

in paragraph 3(2)(b), after “permit”, insert “or the person upon whom a notice imposing an off-site condition was served”,

(b)

in paragraph 3(3)(b)—

(i)

after “person”, the second time it appears, insert “or the person upon whom a notice imposing an off-site condition was served”,

(ii)

delete “authorised”, the second time it appears.
