Paragraph 1 Sewerage (Scotland) Act 1968

The Sewerage (Scotland) Act 1968^f1 is amended in accordance with sub-paragraphs (2) to (5).

In section 29A(1) (priority substances etc)^f2, for the definition of “pollutant” substitute—

““pollutant” has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the Water Environment (River Basin Management Planning: Further Provision) (Scotland) Regulations 2013^f3,”.

In section 38A (application of part) and section 38C (common maintenance)^f4, for “Controlled Activities Regulations” wherever it appears, substitute, “2018 Regulations”.
