# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025, Paragraph 10: Controlled Waste Regulations 1992


In regulation 7(1) (waste not to be treated as industrial or commercial waste) of the Controlled Waste Regulations 1992—
(a) for sub-paragraph (b), substitute—
“(b) the supply or application of sewage sludge to land authorised by or under the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018.”,
(b) omit sub-paragraph (c).
