# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025, Paragraph 12: Landfill Tax Regulations 1996


In the Landfill Tax Regulations 1996, in regulation 33(4) (bodies eligible for approval)—
(a) for sub-paragraph (h) substitute—
“(h) a regulatory notice, surrender notice or revocation notice issued under the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018,
(i) an order granted under regulation 75 of the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018.”,
(b) omit sub-paragraphs (i), (j) and (k).
