In the Land Management Contracts (Menu Scheme) (Scotland) Regulations 2005, in schedule 2 part II paragraph 4 (general environmental requirements), for “The Water Environment (Controlled Activities) (Scotland) Regulations 2005”, substitute “The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018”.
