# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025, Paragraph 17: Action Programme for Nitrate Vulnerable Zones (Scotland) Regulations 2008


In the Action Programme for Nitrate Vulnerable Zones (Scotland) Regulations 2008, for regulation 8 (exclusions from storage capacity) substitute—
“(d) any quantity of livestock manure to be transferred to a person authorised by permit or registration under the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018 to collect, recover or dispose of manure;”.
