# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025, Paragraph 19: Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) (Scottish Inshore Region) Order 2011


In the Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) (Scottish Inshore Region) Order 2011, in article 18B (sediment sampling)—
(a) in paragraph (3)—
(i) for “controlled activity” substitute “water activity”,
(ii) for “Part II of the Water Environment (Controlled Activities) (Scotland) Regulations 2011” substitute “the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018”,
(b) for paragraph (5) substitute—
“(5) “Water activity” in this article has the meaning given to it in regulation 4 of the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018.”.
