  "text": "(1) The Volatile Organic Compounds in Paints, Varnishes and Vehicle Refinishing Products Regulations 2012 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraphs (2) to (3).\n(2) For regulation 3(4)(b) substitute—\n“(b) Schedule 23 (organic solvent emissions activities) of the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018.”.\n(3) In regulation 6(1)(b)(ii), for “Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012” substitute “Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018”.",
