# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025, Paragraph 23: Water Environment (River Basin Management Planning: Further Provision) (Scotland) Regulations 2013


In the Water Environment (River Basin Management Planning: Further Provision) (Scotland) Regulations 2013, in regulation 18 (designation of mixing zones)—
(a) in paragraph (1), for “controlled activity” substitute “regulated activity”,
(b) for paragraph (5) substitute—
“(5) In paragraph (1), “regulated activity” has the meaning given in regulation 3 of the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018.”.
