# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025, Paragraph 24: Common Agricultural Policy (Cross-Compliance) (Scotland) Regulations 2014


In the Common Agricultural Policy (Cross-Compliance) (Scotland) Regulations 2014, in schedule 1 (standards for good agricultural and environmental condition)—
(a) in part 1, for the definition of “the 2011 Regulations” substitute—
““the 2018 Regulations” means the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018,”,
(b) in part 2—
(i) in paragraph 2(1), for “Part 2 of the 2011 Regulations” substitute “the 2018 Regulations”,
(ii) for paragraph 2(2) substitute—
“(2) In this paragraph, “abstraction” has the same meaning as in regulation 2 of the 2018 Regulations.”,
(iii) in paragraph 3(1), for “2011 Regulations” substitute “2018 Regulations”,
(iv) in paragraph 3(2), for “regulation 32(2) of the 2011 Regulations (enforcement notices)” substitute “regulation 46 of the 2018 Regulations (regulatory notices)”.
