# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025, Paragraph 25: Environmental Protection (Duty of Care) (Scotland) Regulations 2014


In the Environmental Protection (Duty of Care) (Scotland) Regulations 2014, in the table in regulation 3—
(a) omit the second (relating to a waste management licence or disposal licence), third (related to a permit under the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012) and fifth (relating to a carrier of controlled waste) rows,
(b) after the final rows, insert (as new rows and in the appropriate columns)—
A person authorised under a permit or registration under the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018 .
The relevant authorisation number (if any) issued by the competent authority.
A person who has notified SEPA under Part 3 of the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018.
The relevant authorisation number (if any) issued by the competent authority.
